Regulation for employees to report and complaint

• Raydium Technology has established the “Code of Integrity Management,” “Procedures for Ethical Management and Guidelines for Conduct,” “Work Rules,” and “Whistleblower and Grievance Policy,” all of which include specific measures to prevent unethical conduct and ensure compliance by all personnel. Violations are subject to disciplinary actions in accordance with the Company's disciplinary regulations.

• The Company has formulated a clear “Whistleblower and Grievance Policy,” which outlines specific reporting mechanisms. These mechanisms are disclosed internally and on the official website, providing accessible channels for reporting, including:

  Internal Reporting Channels

  1. Integrity Mailbox: An internal reporting channel for employees. Emails are automatically forwarded to the Legal and Internal Audit supervisors.
  2. CEO Mailbox: A direct communication channel with the CEO. In addition to reporting or filing complaints, employees may use this mailbox to share suggestions, raise issues, or report incidents.
  3. HR Mailbox: Employees can use this mailbox to raise issues related to human resources.

  External Reporting Channel

  Whistleblower Mailbox:[email protected]— An independent mailbox for external parties. Emails are automatically forwarded to the Legal and Internal Audit supervisors.

• To ensure the confidentiality, safety, and protection of whistleblowers, the Company will safeguard all personal data and information provided in accordance with applicable laws and will take appropriate protective measures. We are committed to ensuring that whistleblowers are not subject to retaliation or unfair treatment as a result of their disclosures.
• In 2025, the Company received no reports related to violations of integrity and recorded no incidents of corruption or bribery.
